How To Make Classic Stuffing

Ingredients:
26.5oz sausage meat (optional)
1 onion finely chopped
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tsp fresh sage finely chopped
1.8oz fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg beaten
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Place sauce pan on med heat and add the oil, onions and stir for 5 min and remove from heat. Place the fresh sage breadcrumbs and sausage meat (if you choose to use it). Season with salt and pepper, now add the onions and mix with hands. Not set aside to cool and use when ready.
